With over a decade of experience, Cameron Stewart is an Associate Broker that demonstrates a business practice founded on hard work, diligence, and loyalty. No matter the circumstances, he is committed to serving both his clients and co-workers with an unremitted level of integrity and class. He is known for being an agent that forms lifelong relationships and selflessly guides from beginning to end of every transaction.

Originally from Dutchess County, NY, Cameron grew up in a real estate family with a broker/owner mother and attorney father. He has a B.A. from Wheaton College in Massachusetts where he studied psychology, anthropology, and environmental studies. He is a member of New York Rugby Club and spends most of his free time traveling, playing his drums, snowboarding and enjoying the New York City food, music, and cultural scenes. As much as he enjoys an intellectual challenge, he also participates in popular endurance events such as the Brooklyn Half Marathon, Tough Mudder and Brooklyn Rugged Maniac. Cameron proudly supports Children International, Animal Tees and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. He also maintains proficiency in the Spanish language.

Andrew’s passion for real estate began at a young age while witnessing the growth of his family’s residential brokerage business. He developed a discerning eye for design and construction quality, and an instinctive ability to negotiate and close transactions.

Andrew has quickly built a reputation for integrity, loyalty, and discretion - providing direct and honest advice throughout the buy and sell processes. He has a deep knowledge of the markets he serves and works tirelessly to obtain premiums for his sellers and to secure long-term value for his buyers. He loves connecting buyers with properties that excite them and generating lucrative exit opportunities for sellers.

An active real estate investor, Andrew understands the incredible opportunity that real estate presents to those looking to preserve and grow wealth. As an experienced market strategist and CFA® charterholder, he is able to frame the decision to buy or sell a property within the context of both the local market and the overall economy - bringing a higher level of comfort and conviction to the buy or sell decision.

Prior to real estate, Andrew spent over 9 years working as an investment strategist managing over $300 Million. He served a wide range of clients from young professionals to high-profile entrepreneurs, executives, attorneys, physicians, and celebrities. Andrew has an intimate understanding of how real estate plays into a client’s overall net worth and how important it is to obtain an optimal price, both as a buyer and as a seller.

Andrew earned a bachelor of science degree in management and business from Skidmore College, where he received dean’s list highest honors. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of New York.
